Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 7-14 business days, beginning once all goods are received and artwork has been approved. This does not include any shipping time. Please consider, national holidays will not be factored into production time. This timeline may vary throughout the year.
Quote Approval Process
Murry West will send a quote for the customer’s approval through our system. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all of the information on the order is correct. If an error is found once quote has been approved and goods have been ordered, Murry West will not be held responsible for any cost associated with correcting or re-ordering the order.
Manufacturer Stock & Defects
Murry West does not keep blank goods in stock. Murry West is not responsible for any production delays due to manufacturer shortages and discontinued products. Murry West will not be held liable for manufacturer defects concerning color, size, or make.
Artwork Approval Process
Murry West will send a digital proof for customer approval before we begin production. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all of the information on the proof is correct. This includes, but is not limited to: spelling, grammar, design errors, and decoration location. If an error is found after your order has been approved and sent into production, Murry West will not be held responsible for any cost associated with re-decorating the order. Murry West assumes no liability for the errors in designs approved by the customer. Murry West will not put any orders into production without customer’s final approval.
Order Submissions
To minimize and eliminate errors with your order, Murry West will not accept
- Pictures of an order from a mobile phone or camera
- Handwritten orders
- Orders submitted through social
media sites
Murry West will not be responsible for delays or errors resulting from incorrect order submissions.

Spoilage
Murry West is not liable for any spoilage up to 2% of an order. It is an industry standard of 2%. If you need exact quantities for you order, it is highly recommended that you order extras to accommodate any spoilage. Murry West is not liable for any spoilage or shortages due to manufacturer defects of any kind.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
In the event that an order is canceled by a customer, the refund will be subject to the status of the order. The customer may have to pay a restocking fee, or for the garments themselves. If upon receiving your order you find that something is incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of the delivery of the order. Orders returned after 72 hours will be denied.
Pricing, Terms, & Estimates
Murry West reserves the right to change our pricing and terms at any time. Quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days.
Social Media & Sharing
Murry West loves showcasing the work we do! We post content on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media sites. If you do not want us sharing your order on social media, please let us know. If we are not notified otherwise, we will assume we have full permission to post and share your order on our social media.
Shipping Details
Most orders are shipped via UPS. Murry West will not be responsible for delays for any reason such as carrier errors, weather conditions, etc. We do not factor shipping charges into our quotes, and shipping time is not factored into our turnaround time. Shipping charges are based on weight and delivery time requested. RUSH delivery can entail steep shipping charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges, unless otherwise specified. Murry West will not be held liable for packages once they leave our facility.
