  • Turnaround time on all patches except leather patches is around 3 to 4 weeks. With leather patches you can expect 2 week turnaround time.

  • All of our patch hats are first heated with a press and then sewn on.

  • We make the process of designing and creating your custom patch hat painless. Our in-house designers will work with you to ensure your new patch hat is exactly what you want.

  • Our Minimum for patch hats is 24 hats!
